I’m a Petaluma based CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist (#90445) and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. I graduated from National Holistic Institute in May of 2022, with 800 hours of training in Eastern and Western massage therapy modalities. I also went through Renew Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training in 2014 and have been teaching yoga in Sonoma County since then.

I aim to create a safe space for nourishment of mind, body, and soul.
