Mary Billings

RYT200

Mary teaches from her heart and creates a flow that is pure and true. She trusts that when we continually return to our mats to find ourselves rounded and stable, we develop the tools to return to our breath during those times when life hits us hard. The effect of this on ourselves and within the world is huge. As a mother of five and a grandmother of leven, she believes that for everyone’s unique qualities, in our truest light, we are all the same.

ROBERT CONOVER

Bob teaches an awareness of breath and being present, sprinkled with a dash of his ever-ready dry humor. For Bob, yoga is a contemplative practice of deepening the exploration of the body while fostering a growing calmness of the mind, resulting in improved physical well-being. He has worked with children and adolescents with chronic and life threatening illnesses, and with faith communities and their spiritual leaders.

Bob is a cyclist and runner, and frequently utilizes down dog when riding his snowboard.

Nicole Pryke

As a new mother, she has continued to expand her sense of patience and allowing—which is also integral to her teaching style. Nicole holds space for all to fully embrace and accept where they are in their personal practice, in each pose, in each moment and in life.

ELIZABETH VOETSCH

E-RYT200

Elizabeth’s philosophy: each student knows his/her own body better than anyone else ever can or will. Yoga is an intimately personal practice for Elizabeth. Grateful to serve as a teacher and leader, she encourages students to explore independent paths, not to be pressured or follow expectations.

With an extensive background in classical ballet, Elizabeth draws a kinesthetic, organic awareness of the body. Her classes are music-based, blending an invigorating, energetic asana practice with an inward gaze and outer awareness. Class is a fun, compassionate environment, inspiring a deep connection to the principles of yoga.
