The Power of Our Yoga

Heated Vinyasa Flow | Our Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient wisdom practice that is designed to bring strength and balance to your body, quiet your mind, calm your nervous system and illuminate your Spirit. This class is a moving meditation and flowing practice that helps you soften into your heart and enables you to embrace the True Self. [studio heated to 90°]

Yinyasa Yoga |  Our Yinyasa Yoga focuses on the cultivation of a co-existing energetic and physical alignment within us through unique sequencing of movement and breath, in order to attain a sense of strength & agility; balance & fluidity; equanimity & peacefulness within. [studio heated to 85°]

Classic Yin Yoga | In this class we target the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Connective tissue responds best to gentle stress over extended periods of time so Yin postures are held longer than in other classes. The slower Yin practice complements the swifter movement in our Vinyasa Flow class. [studio heated to 80°]

Basic Flow | In this class our Vinyasa flow is slowed and simplified. We focus on the breath and proper alignment in a variety of poses. A great place to start, or renew your existing practice. [studio heated to 85°]

Community Yoga | is our seva (selfless service) yoga project which raises money to benefit local non-profits. The class is every Tuesday from 7:30 – 8:30 pm. Instruction is donated by new teachers from Renew Yoga’s Teacher Training program. Every class is different and it is a great way to begin or continue your practice.
